What to prepare
Have accurate business and hotel information available before you begin.
- Owner name, verified business email, and required mobile number.
- English hotel name and property type.
- Country, city, address, and exact map location.
- Hotel timezone, operating currency, and default language.
- Declared number of rooms and operating policies.
- Optional notes that can help the reviewer understand the property.
Approval and publication are different steps
Private trial workspace
Submitting the application creates a private workspace so you can prepare hotel operations. Pending review does not make the hotel visible to guests.
Application approval
Approval confirms that Ziara accepts the hotel as a partner. A reviewer may request additional information before deciding.
Public publication
The hotel appears in guest search only when it is approved, active, subscribed, and has complete rooms, rates, availability, images, location, and policies.
Common questions
Do I need a separate owner account?
No. Use your existing Ziara identity or create one account that can later hold both guest and hotel access.
Will my hotel appear immediately?
No. You receive a private setup workspace first. Public listing requires approval and complete publication information.
What happens if more information is needed?
The review status will explain what is required. The planned application response area will let you answer the reviewer inside Ziara Booking.
