These terms govern your access to Ziara Booking and explain the responsibilities of guests, hotels, and the platform.

Using Ziara Booking

By accessing the platform or creating an account, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you act for a business or hotel, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it.

  • You must provide accurate, current information.
  • You must comply with applicable law and must not misuse, disrupt, scrape, or attempt unauthorized access to the service.
  • You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Accounts and security

Keep your credentials and verification codes confidential. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may restrict accounts to protect users, hotels, or the platform.

Reservations and hotel terms

Ziara Booking facilitates reservations between guests and participating hotels. The hotel provides the accommodation and is responsible for property information, availability, stay services, and hotel-specific policies.

  • Review dates, guest details, room conditions, included services, and cancellation terms before confirming.
  • A reservation is complete only when the platform displays a confirmation and reference.
  • Special requests are not guaranteed unless confirmed by the hotel.

Prices, payments, and taxes

Displayed prices identify the currency and available charge information. Taxes, service charges, deposits, or local fees are shown where supplied and may be collected by the platform, payment provider, or hotel.

  • You authorize applicable charges when confirming a paid booking.
  • Currency conversion estimates may differ from the final amount charged by your bank.
  • Payment failures may cause a reservation to remain pending or expire.

Cancellations, changes, and refunds

Cancellation and modification rights depend on the rate and hotel policy shown during booking. Refund timing may also depend on the payment provider and financial institution.

  • Use your booking page or contact the hotel when a self-service change is unavailable.
  • No-show, late arrival, damage, and incidental-charge rules may be enforced by the hotel.
  • Ziara Booking may assist with disputes but does not replace the hotel’s contractual obligations.

Reviews and acceptable content

Reviews must reflect genuine experiences and must not contain unlawful, deceptive, abusive, discriminatory, private, or infringing content. We may moderate or remove content that violates these rules.

Service availability and liability

We work to keep Ziara Booking accurate and available, but interruptions, provider failures, hotel errors, or events outside reasonable control can occur. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

  • The platform is provided with reasonable care but without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
  • Hotels remain responsible for accommodation and on-property services.
  • Users remain responsible for travel documents, health requirements, and compliance with local rules.

Suspension, changes, and governing rules

We may suspend access for fraud, security risk, non-payment, unlawful conduct, or material breach. We may update these terms and will publish the current version and effective date here. Applicable mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
